Quality Engineer

Plan and conduct activities concerned with the quality control, quality assurance, quality engineering, and validation of industrial processes, materials, and products by performing the following duties: development of trial and validation protocols and generation of final reports, evaluate existing processes and lead process improvement activities by ensuring all processes are completely defined and adequately documented and controlled using appropriate Quality tools such as FMEA, DOE, SPC, Method Development, GRR, etc., develop problem solving tools and train appropriate personnel, assist in external audits, lead problem solving teams, develop and initiate standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation, plan and conduct analysis, inspection, design, test, and/or integration to assure quality of product or component, create sampling procedures and design and develop forms and instructions for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality and reliability data.

Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university plus 5 years related experience and/or training in a regulated industry preferably medical or pharmaceutical is required.  Six Sigma Green Belt, ASQ Quality Engineer is preferred.
